Our Infant/Toddler Daycare program provides a safe and nurturing environment where the little ones grow and learn. Parents can be reassured that their children receive quality care and learning opportunities during the day.  The little ones explore the world through stimulating and developmentally appropriate activities as well as build confidence and sense of security in daily routine. The ratio is every educator to four children.

Ocean Rain is one of the few licensed daycare centres that offer Chinese Immersion program. Why the second language? We not only value and embrace multi-culture, we understand the benefits that a second language can offer: Studies suggest that at a cognitive level, children learning an additional language are more creative, and they are better at solving complex problems. Currently our older toddler and 3-5 year old classes are participating in this Immersion program by introducing Chinese language in circle time, songs and many routines throughout the day.

3-5 Years Old

$1000 – $100 (opt-in Government’s Fee Reduction Initiative) = $900  p/month

In this daycare program, children are able to thrive with care and support. They are learning through play and many other opportunities, both teacher-led and children-led. We believe that each child is unique and our program is to foster their growth as a “Whole Child”. Ocean Rain values the importance of arts in many forms, performing art especially can be open-ended, full-sensory experience to the children. Therefore specialty classes such as yoga, dance and music will be introduced to the children on weekly basis. The ratio is every educator to eight children. Potty training is required before admission to the program.
